About
Engineer by training, integrator by trade.
I started out writing code and slowly moved to the space between code and people: working out what an organisation actually needs, and making sure the technology gets there.
I spent seven years at COSMOTE building cosmote.gr, its e-shop and the apps customers use to pay bills and top up. Since 2023 I've been at Greenpeace Greece, first leading its digital transformation and now as Head of Strategic Integration.
On the side I run Geosmin, a small studio that builds websites and e-shops for small businesses in Greece.

- Technical project management for COSMOTE and OTE Group web and mobile apps, from requirements and business analysis to UAT, delivery and support.
- Built the cosmote.gr portal: e-commerce, self-care, e-bill, digital services and sales.
- Built whatsup.gr/recharge on microservices with a full CI/CD pipeline, plus landing pages and mini-sites.
- Mobile app management and payments in My COSMOTE and WhatsUp; the award-winning uFixIt app; a tablet app that took B2B pre-ordering fully digital.
- Architecture, high-availability clustering, code quality, performance and security monitoring.
